Let’s Appeal

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-03 · Let’s Appeal LLC, Florida

This policy covers glp1.letsappeal.com, the Denial Decoder, the Letter Builder, and The Denial Playbook course.

Documents you upload

We do not store your document. When you use the Denial Decoder, the document you provide is transmitted to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) for processing and returned to you as an analysis. It is not written to persistent storage on our systems, it is not included in our logs, and it is not used to train any model. Our provider does not train on API inputs.

What we do record

We record that an analysis occurred and a small number of non-identifying attributes: the category of denial, whether a deadline was found, how many images were submitted, how many attempts were made, and which input method was used.

We never record the text of your document, your name, your member ID, your claim number, dates from your letter, or any diagnosis. This is a deliberate ceiling on what our analytics are allowed to see, and it is enforced in the code rather than by policy alone.

Email addresses

If you give us an email address, we store it with our email provider (Kit) and use it to send the materials you requested, deadline reminders if you asked for them, and occasional updates when coverage rules change. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email. We do not sell or rent email addresses.

Health information

Documents you upload may contain protected health information. Let’s Appeal LLC is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate, and this service is not a HIPAA-covered service. We nonetheless handle these documents on a minimum-retention basis as described above. You can reduce what you share by covering your name, member ID, and date of birth before uploading. Nothing in the analysis requires them.

Deletion

Because we do not store documents, there is nothing to delete. To delete your email address and associated records, email privacy@letsappeal.com and we will remove them within 30 days.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 with a 14-month retention period, and Google Ads conversion measurement. Analytics events carry only the non-identifying attributes listed above. If you purchase, our payment platform (Whop) shares a hashed version of your email address with Google so that a sale can be matched to an advertisement. The hash is one-way and we do not receive advertising profiles about you.

Advertising and analytics, specifically

We advertise on Google and on Meta, and both use cookies to measure whether their ads work. The Meta Pixel on this site sends five signals, and this is the whole list:

Every one is a plain yes or no. None of them carries your email address, your name, your answers, your deadline, or anything at all about your health, your insurance plan, your medication or your claim. Meta is told that something happened, never what your letter said or who you are. Nothing you paste or upload is ever sent to Meta in any form.

Purchases are taken by Whop rather than on this site, because that is where the payment happens. To connect a sale to the right advertisement we pass along the anonymous click identifier that Meta’s own cookie already placed in your browser. We are handing Meta back its own identifier. We do not send your email address to make that match, even though that is the standard way of doing it and it would work better for us. We have deliberately left off the Meta setting that would attach your email to these signals, because we do not think it is an appropriate trade in a category like this one.

We do not send Meta how far you scrolled, how long you stayed, or what you clicked on. Those go to Google Analytics only.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Whop. We do not receive or store your card number.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics and for carrying campaign parameters between our own pages. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and we will note it in the changelog.
